Studios
The Rose Hill is run by musicians, and we have converted the basement and ex-beer cellars under the venue into a multi-room recording studio complex.
Two record labels operate from these studios, and the spaces are used by our team, any artist who is in residency with us, by the Rose Hill Associate Artists, and are available to hire!

Our studios are brimming with great instruments and sound toys to play with and get inspired by – real Rhodes, real Hammond, vintage synths, loads of percussion, etc. The studios consist of a control room, a dead-sound/vocal room (that doubles as a secondary control), and a larger live room. The main venue space upstairs is wired into the whole system, doubling as a secondary, larger live room and/or space for amp separation. The 4 rooms are super well connected, hardwired between them with everything from cat5 to audio to midi and a 96-way patch bay to route signals as required.

This is an extremely creative, inclusive, and friendly place, and we operate on a bespoke basis depending on the project. The Rose Hill studios offer a unique and creative approach for those wishing to get away from the run-of-the-mill, sterile studio environment. Beyond our facilities, our team offers their own musical skills, ears, and network of session musicians that can help take your project to the next level. Bookings come with an in-house recording engineer who can double as producer, if required.
