Ticket Refunds

The information below regards tickets booked on our website. If you have purchased a ticket via a 3rd party ticketing platform – for example, Eventbrite, TicketSource, WeGotTickets, SeeTickets, etc – you will need to contact the event organiser or request a refund through that ticketing platform.

How long before an event can I request a refund/cancel my booking?

You can request a refund/cancel your booking (full or partial) up to 1 week before the event start date.

How do I cancel (or partially cancel) my tickets for a FREE event?

Please email info@therosehill.co.uk with the following:

  • Name of the event
  • Your booking reference
  • How many tickets you would like to cancel
How do I request a full or partial refund for a PAID event?

Please email info@therosehill.co.uk with the following:

  • Name of the event
  • Your booking reference
  • How many/what type of tickets you would like a refund for

Note: Booking fees are non-refundable

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been processed, payment can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

Why are booking fees non-refundable?

The booking fee covers the cost of our payment processor’s platform fees (with a few pennies going towards helping with the running of The Rose Hill).
