THIRD KULTURE
Third Kulture are a hybrid rock-rap band formed in Manchester. The dynamic trio are loud and unapologetically themselves, embodying the essence of diversity, innovation, and cultural fusion.
Third Kulture’s unique sound draws from all corners of their diverse cultural influence, blending mesmerising R&B vocals, electrifying guitar riffs, and the cutting-edge influences of grime and modern rap with flavours of UK rave music, dancehall and trip-hop.
Third Kulture already have some noteworthy milestones; having made their debut live performance at Sounds From The Other City festival in April 2023, bookings quickly followed in support of Swedish grunge-rap duo Deki Alem, and for Bristol’s punk-raver Grove. We’re mega pumped to have them play The Rose Hill as part of our new ground-breaking global majority focussed experimental series re /shape / sound.
DIGITAL ROSES
Digital Roses is a queer London-based duo blending "hyper-soul" with "Nordic noir electronica," described as "ravishing avant-pop" by Electronic Sound Magazine. Their music fuses experimental art pop, ambient noise, and wistful soul melodies, exploring emotional landscapes through a multidimensional approach. Using contemporary visuals, computational forms, sound art, and organic instrumentation, they craft music that reflects the beauty, pain, and intensity of the human experience.
Following two sold-out shows—the multimedia Quasi Opera Noise Petals, featuring poets, contemporary dancers, and musicians, and Narrative in Time and Space at Wandsworth Fringe—Digital Roses continue to captivate with their fusion of hyper-soul, Nordic noir electronica, and experimental art pop. Their double-sided vinyl single Waterfalls/Under the Sea, released on Feral Child Records, offers a taster for their upcoming debut album NOISE PETALS.
