If you think your proposal fits, then we want to hear from you! We are also looking for people who would be interested in using the space to run workshops, rehearsals, recording and other creative uses, including a daytime co - working space for creatives. We will look at your proposal with our programming team and get back to you ASAP!

FYI THE USUAL DEAL:

You keep door // We keep bar // You cover £120 for sound person (it has to be ours) // You provide someone for the door OR we can for £35

Backline hire £15 including drums (minus breakables) bass amp and guitar amp.

Load-in and soundchecks are 5pm - 7pm (if you need more time it’s £30 per hour for sound person)

Live music curfew is at 10.30pm (DJ’s fine til last orders) and WE HAVE A NOISE LIMIT (95 dBA) due to neighbours!

Cancellation fees please read :
We are a small grassroots venue which means we cannot afford to take the hit entirely for cancelled events. Fees below help contribute to these costs so we can keep our doors open!

If you cancel an event with less than 30 days notice you will have to pay a cancellation fee of £180.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event then the cancellation fee of £320 applies.

These fees cover our sound person and are a contribution towards bar staff and lost venue income. Thanks for your understanding.

We will: send your event out to our mailing list, list on website, link FB event to our FB page (provided by you), print posters for inside and outside The Rose Hill and laminate one for our poster archive (optional - poster design provided by you), 1 post to FB, 1 post to Insta.
We provide full sound system and backline. We will provide green room on request. We will provide at least 1 complimentary drinks for each artist playing.
In certain circumstances we can provide accommodation*
In certain circumstances we can provide a hot home cooked meal*
*usually reserved for internationally touring artists
