LUMA returns for a night of audiovisual performances at The Rose Hill, celebrating the release of Swiss sound artist, producer musician Sebastian Müller's debut visual album 'Seraphim', out via Brighton-based collective WOE (Safejas, Squid).
Mastered by legendary Australian producer Lawrence English (room40), 'Seraphim' is entirely comprised of piano samples and recordings, that were then morphed and shaped using modular synthesizers, guitar amps and pedals and various digital effects. The sonic arc of the album follows a series of ups and downs, presented in a cinematic “scene by scene” like style.
“The art of packaging the experienced existence in music is a complex one and has often been attempted in the field of ambient. Sebastian Müller succeeds very well.” – Art Noir
