Saturday 25th January | 7pm | £10-16 advance tickets
The evening is brought to you by local curator Atiya Gourlay, in collaboration with the The Rose Hill and Zeroclassikal to showcase Milad Yousofi performing on the rubab, accompanied by tabla. Milad, who is originally from Afghanistan, is an exceptional rubab player. He is dedicated to representing and showcasing the rubab - the beautiful stringed instrument - and introducing the flavours and essence of Afghan music to a global audience.
The concept of "Mehfil" is truly special: offering a unique opportunity to enjoy live music in a close-knit setting. 'Mehfil' has been defined as "a gathering where music or poetry is performed for a small audience in an intimate setting."
