Saturday 3rd February | 6pm | £5.50 advance tickets
We are delighted to be hosting this party again - but if your keen - get in as tickets seem to sell out almost immediately!
Love is Everywhere’s community party is inspired by the 1970s’ ‘utopian’ dance scene including David Mancuso’s The Loft, the Paradise Garage and the Gallery. Expect sultry disco divas, afrobeat, euphoric house, funk, soul, balearic, balloons, disco balls, apricots, bubbles, ‘lofting’ and love. Their parties aim to offer an experience of collective joy that celebrates community and solidarity on the dancefloor. After the true explosion of joy that was their first party together, they’ll be coming together again for a night of dancing to warm our souls in the winter months. Their November party sold out incredibly quickly, so if you’d like to join us in February, we’d recommend picking up your tickets asap!
The Loft, curated by David Mancuso, gained global acclaim as a hub for the progressive realm of DJ and dance culture, emphasising musical, ethical, and social advancement. it emerged as a transformative force, which was in stark contrast to the idea and portrayal of disco as hedonistic and predictable. It not only foreshadowed the opulent Studio 54 era but also operated as a covert source of creativity during the disco epoch.
