A night of story telling with two exceptional story tellers to celebrate international womens day!
On a starless night, a woman stands alone at the edge of the sea. Her black hair tangles in the fingers of a cold wind calling her to dance. They will come for her, those bright angels, but she will never return.
Above the mountains of North Wales, keen eyes on broad wings gaze back to a river, and a valley, and memories of hopes betrayed.
In this two-part storytelling show marking International Women’s Day, join A-bee Palache and Jon Norman Mason as they trace the tangled roads of gender relations through the stories of Lilith and Blodeuwedd. These tales might be age-old and hail from different worlds, but they speak to the heart of our times.
All profits from this show will go to support Survivors Network.
Recommended 18+. Trigger warnings: direct discussion around pregnancy loss, infant death, infertility and sexual violence.
