Welcome to the third all ages, all day event at the Rose Hill hosted by Eyeless Records.
We welcome to perform:
T House
T House blurs the line between a Dylan Carlson/ Codeine drawl and some of the jagged edges of Jandek although T House true influences are many and broad. Live he captivates the audience with mantric, circular guitar lines and soulful, melancholy and resonant vocals. His label Endless puts out the finest outsider guitar edges in Lathe format. Check:
Nomadic Female DJ Troupe
South London trio NMFDJs create happening shards of deeply experimental and site specific abandon. Their gigs can follow a steady immersive vibe of found sound and caught rhythm..they can also explode into heavy outré-techno expressions. The Trio are releasing an album on Eyeless early this year…anything can happen when the music is this good.
Rebecca Dyer
Rebecca’s music defies categorisation as she utilises loops, noise making machines, vocals and saxophone. She used to play in legendary Brighton trio Booby Mcgees, however solo she explores unknown territory through a forever changing and unique relationship with song.
Peace For Old Ghosts
Simon Shippey creates deep hypnotic alt-folk with a cosmic twist. Releasing a series of ltd Cds and an LP exploring grief on Eyeless the standard has always been exceptionally high as his music gently coils around your heart and slowly invites the listener to enter a blissed-out hypnosis. Peace For Old Ghosts is releasing an album of rarities from his catalogue later in the year and we are very excited!
David K Frampton
DKF is Eyeless Records founder and one half of Cultural Apparati. Solo he will be singing new songs from Mist Prism his recent meditation on grief and his forthcoming album Glory Trance..
SUEP
Gorgina is a member of Porridge Radio and is very active in the Memorials Of Distinction collective. Live she combines spectral vocals with spoken word, keyboard jams and IPAD loops. It really is lovely to witness and we are delighted to have her on board.
